Funmi Oluwo is a product of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile- Ife, with over twenty –five years post call experience in the financial services sector as an in-house counsel.
She started her working career in the legal department of the Nigerian Industrial Development Bank, now Bank of Industry (BOI) before crossing into the private sector. She served as Company Secretary, Human Resources Manager/ Head of Administration at various times in the course of her career. Over the years, she has adroitly handled legal and regulatory issues of First Guarantee Pension Limited to ensure the company complies with good corporate governance practices.
She holds a diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute of London and has attended courses on Corporate Governance and Compliance locally and internationally. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
