Olaoluwa has over 11 years work experience. He started his career in 2006 with Primi Construction Nigeria Limited as an Assistant Accountant before joining the services of the Lagos State University, Ojo as Call-Over Officer at the Bursary Unit of the Institution. Olaoluwa joined First Guarantee Pension Limited in the year 2009 at the Fund Administration Unit where he was responsible for daily valuation, financial and regulatory reporting of the Fund to the National Pension Commission. He later rose to the position of Head of Units of the then Existing Business department of First Guarantee Pension limited in 2012 where he supervised Contribution Collection, Contribution processing and Contribution reconciliation.
His dogged experience and professionalism earned him the position of the Ag. Head, Internal Audit and Risk Management department of the Company in 2014. He steered the affairs of these two departments until 2017 when the Risk Management department was separated from Internal Audit. He remained in charge of the Internal Audit & Control department until September 2018. Olaoluwa is currently the Ag. Head, Compliance of the Company. He is married with children.
Olaoluwa Abraham holds a Bachelors’ degree in Accounting from Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos and a Master’s degree in Management from the prestigious University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
